Can you hold a place before I apply?

No. Beach Rental Group operates on a first come first serve basis. All properties must be viewed prior to applying.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

No. You will pay security deposit, first full month rent, and pet fees (if applicable) prior to move in.
How old do you have to be to apply?

The main leaseholder must be at least 23 years of age, but anyone over the age of 18 that will be occupying the property must apply.
Is the deposit refundable?

Security deposit is refundable pending a move out inspection completed by Beach Rental Group after you have vacated the property.
Who needs a cosigner?

Anyone who does not meet the qualification requirements.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

After you have viewed a property, you can apply on our website beachrentalgroup.com under apply for a rental.
How do I pay rent?

Rent will be paid via ACH or credit card through the Tenant portal.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Submit a written request to Beach Rental Group. If approved, you will sign an addendum and pay a non refundable pet fee.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

Submit a written request to Beach Rental Group and refer to the Early Termination section of the lease agreement.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You must provide a minimum thirty (30) day written notice.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

Responsibility of payment is handled on a case by case basis.
